Couples, Family & Adolescents

Are you a new mom suffering from mood swings, rage, feeling isolated, or “tapped out”?

Have you or your family suffered a loss by death, deployment, divorce, or addiction?

Have your parents divorced or separated, leaving you “stuck” in the middle?

Do you feel overwhelmed more days than not?

Does your spouse seem more like a roommate?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, We want you to know we can help!

Life doesn’t’ have to be this hard.

Parenting

Most people know it “takes a village” when you’re raising children. Therapy can help parents manage children’s emotional or behavioral issues. It can be a support to you as part of your “village”. We will work with you to find solutions that will work for the season of life you’re in right now.

Families

Therapy can help families experiencing loss of all kinds by providing a safe place to heal, and hope for the future. Whether your family lost someone due to death, divorce, deployment, or addiction, we will work with your family towards a new normal.

Couples

Whether you need premarital counseling, a “check-up”, or want to overcome negative patterns, therapy can help you build trust and connection with your significant other. We work with couples at all stages of togetherness to address their right now issues and help them move forward towards their happy “ever after”.

Teens

Sometimes it is helpful for teens to sort things out with a therapist. Parents often ask me, “How do I know when to seek professional help?” Maybe you’ve noticed – or a teacher has commented – that your teen seems unusually sad, irritable, angry, or “out of it”, or s/he is losing or gaining weight rapidly, or that they are struggling socially. Perhaps, even, you find yourself fighting with them to the point of screaming, crying, or running away. If you have a sense that they just aren’t themselves anymore, it’s time to seek help.

We provide a safe and engaging space for you and your teen, and can guide your teen on the path towards healthy and whole living.

Young Adults

The world isn’t the same as it was when we were growing up. Social media and technology are moving forward so quickly, it is hard to keep up. Sometimes, these things can cause us to feel bad about ourselves or lose sight of what we actually value. But we are the authors of our own fate. Therapy can help young adults identify their strengths, passions, and values, and to direct those things into their future. If you want to love your life again, let’s get together and figure out how.
